SMS program & terms.

This page describes the Chiropractic Grit SMS program — sender, phone number, message types, frequency, cost, opt-in and opt-out — and the legal terms governing its use.

1. Sender

Messages on this program are sent by Chiropractic Grit LLC (operator of the Chiropractic Grit practice management platform at chiropracticgrit.com) from the number (719) 654-1843. Save this number to your contacts as "Chiropractic Grit" so messages are easy to recognize.

Messages on this program are sent directly to Chiropractic Grit's prospective and active users — chiropractors and practice staff who have opted in. They are not sent on behalf of any chiropractic practice to any patient (see section 10).

2. What you'll receive

When you opt in, you may receive:

  • Waitlist updates and early-access invitations
  • Onboarding and account-setup instructions
  • Trial-status, billing, and subscription notifications
  • Platform status notices (downtime, campaign-registration updates, etc.)
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) verification codes when you log in (only if you've enabled 2FA in account settings)
  • Replies to messages you send to Chiropractic Grit support

3. Message frequency

Frequency varies, typically up to four messages per month per recipient.

4. Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Chiropractic Grit does not charge users for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

5. How to opt in

You can opt in to the Chiropractic Grit SMS program in any of these ways:

  • Waitlist form — Check the SMS consent box on chiropracticgrit.com/waitlist
  • Account onboarding — Check the SMS consent box during practice onboarding inside the Chiropractic Grit application
  • Account settings — Enable SMS notifications in your account preferences
  • 2FA setup — Enabling two-factor authentication in your account security settings authorizes Chiropractic Grit to send verification codes to the phone number on file

Each opt-in is recorded with a timestamp, the consent method, and the phone number you provided. We will not send you messages on this program through any other channel.

6. How to opt out (STOP)

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message from (719) 654-1843
  • Replying STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT — all are honored
  • Disabling SMS in your account settings
  • Emailing support@chiropracticgrit.com with the subject line "Opt out"

After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You can opt back in at any time by re-enabling SMS notifications in your account or contacting support.

7. Help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message from (719) 654-1843 for assistance, or email support@chiropracticgrit.com.

8. Privacy

Your phone number is stored securely and used only for the SMS message categories described in section 2. Chiropractic Grit will not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS messages are delivered by Telnyx under a data-protection agreement that prohibits any use of your number outside of message delivery.

9. Supported carriers

SMS messaging is supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, as well as most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Practice-to-patient SMS (future feature)

Patient-facing SMS sent by chiropractic practices through Grit is in development and is not currently active. When that capability ships, each practice will register its own SMS sender with the carriers under its own legal entity, collect its own patient consent, and become the sender of record for those messages. Separate terms governing patient consent, HIPAA content rules, and TCPA obligations will be presented to practices and patients at that time. Nothing in this document applies retroactively to that future program.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of SMS services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
